Okay, finding a good walkthrough for Warcraft 3 isn't as difficult as for some other games out there. But you can go ahead and skip the gamespot and IGN sites. The stupid popups are pretty annoying to deal with and just head on over to Infoceptor's Warcraft 3 walkthrough.
It is divided into section by mission and includes a rating system of how difficult they calculate each mission to be. So for playing through in single player mode it is easily the best guide around.
The most comprehensive cheat list is over at IGN. There are some other partial lists around on the net, but there is no real need to get out there and do a bunch of looking. I can't say that I really favor IGN, but when it comes to straight cheat code lists they often do have the easiest access.

Animal Crossing Wild World
The site with the best information for animal crossing has to go to the Animal Crossing Community.
There are a lot of sites out there, and be warned that not all of it is entirely accurate. Some of the info in the guides on IGN is partially inaccurate, so be a bit careful about it. Unfortunately there isn't a really excellent dedicated site for Animal Crossing Wild World. The Animal Crossing Community does all of the various iterations of Animal Crossing, including Animal Crossing Citifolk.
The really nice thing is that they have a database of items which makes it fairly easy to figure out what you need in order to complete themes and sets, which makes it very nice.
As far as walkthroughs and so forth, however, I would recommend that you stop over at IGN where there are a variety of different options available. But once again all of the information there isn't 100%, particularly information regarding items.

Fallout 2
Fallout 2 is one of those extremely long and in-depth games that can be replayed over and over again in order to get the full value out of it. So, where do you go to get all of the information?
There is one single best fallout 2 site on the internet, which if you haven't found yet really does deserve another link to it. The Nearly Ultimate User Guide is easily the best fallout 2 walkthrough ever compiled.
It includes notes regarding changes from the official patch as well as information about what happens both without and without the children active so that you can understand some of the oddities that appear in different versions of the game.
A word of warning, there are a ton of fallout 2 spoilers on the site, as in everything in the game is pretty much revealed, up to and including the location of just about every rock in the game.
